  Deposit: A deposit equal to the 1st night stay is due at time of reservation by MC or Visa. Balance is due upon departure by credit card, check or cash.  
     
  Cancellation: Cancellations must be received at least two weeks in advance to receive a full refund of deposit. Less than two week notice will result in refund of deposit minus $50.  
     
  Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum stay is required during foliage, school vacations and holiday weekends.  
     
  Pets: Because we have pets, a Golden Retriever named Montana and two cats you will meet at the Inn, and respect all animals, we cannot accommodate your pet.
