  We often feature baked goods using the freshest seasonal ingredients. These muffins are perfect for breakfast or brunch during the holidays. Bon Appetit!  
   
   
   
     
    French Toast Almondine
 
   

Zest of one large orange
5 Large eggs
1 Cup light cream or half and half
1/3 Cup Grand Marnier Liquer
2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

1 Cup sliced almonds

 

Slice a loaf of Italian Bread on the diagonal.

Heat griddle with olive oil, lightly brown sliced almonds. Soak sliced bread in batter and lay on top of browned almonds. Lightly brown each side of bread.
